Laurie McKenzie – Broker
Laurie McKenzie delivers over 30 years of industry experience within the Pacific Northwest real estate markets. Laurie is passionate about working with clients. She is able to provide expert knowledge and assist them in realizing their personal goals whether it is:
- Selling a home.
- Settling into a new dream home.
- Working in New Construction (single and multi-family) through all stages of development with:
- Land Owners
- Finding the perfect investment property.
She understands the importance of knowledgeable decision making when it comes to real estate investing. Going the extra mile for her customers is the philosophy she lives by. Throughout her many years in the industry she has made numerous connections with other industry professionals, giving her a wealth of resources to make the real estate experience go as smoothly as possible for her valued clients.
Beyond her work life Laurie spends time serving the local community. She is a board member for both Quilceda Community Services and the Windermere Foundation and enjoys taking an active role in promoting and serving these organizations.
Having lived most of her life in the Pacific Northwest, Laurie is thrilled to be able to work so close to home and nearest to her family and friends. Additionally, through the Windermere Relocation Program, she can assist in any move you would like to make around the globe.
Shelby Thomas – Broker
Shelby's knowledge results from almost a lifetime of experience in many facets of Real Estate. Initially learning from her mother, Laurie, she continues to develop her career path even further on her own. Currently her main focus is researching potential and existing land development projects.
She specializes in the building permit preliminary permitting and final permitting processes. This provides any client, from land owners and developers to investors, the information they need to make the most logical and profitable choices.
A native of the Lake Stevens area, Shelby still resides there with her husband and family.
Ann-Monique Loughborough – Graphics and Marketing Coordinator
Ann brings a unique worldly perspective. A Navy Wife for the better part of two decades she lived several years in Europe and the Middle East. Graduated in 1996 with a BA in Fine Art from Florida Southern College, she supplemented her education with Web Design and Digital Illustration from Everett Community College. She takes great pleasure in creating and overseeing the marketing and striving to stay on top of the constantly changing and increasing opportunities these resources provide.
Married since 1996 and originally from Florida, she resides there again in Tampa with her husband and son, taking advantage of modern technology to continue to be part of the McKenzie and Associates team.
